For over two decades, the Aderet Leadership Academy has served as an inclusive educational home at the heart of Israeli society. Each year, hundreds of young men and women from across Israel’s social, religious, and geographic spectrum come together to live, learn, and grow as one community—deeply committed to Zionism, mutual responsibility, and a shared mission to lead.
At Aderet, immersive learning, hands-on social action, and a uniquely integrated living experience between religious and secular youth foster a powerful educational model. Our graduates not only experience personal transformation, but also emerge as the socially conscious, value-driven leaders Israel so desperately needs.
We believe every student holds a story of potential. With the right guidance, support, and belief, even those from challenging backgrounds break barriers and change the course of their lives. Many of our alumni go on to serve in key roles in the IDF and civil society, becoming proud ambassadors of repair, leadership, and hope.
