Empowering Future Female Physicians to Lead and Transform Healthcare

The WoMed program advances outstanding early-career female physicians into key roles in clinical, academic, and administrative fields through personal mentoring.

Each participant is paired with a senior female physician, gaining valuable insights and guidance. Alongside one-on-one mentorship, participants attend workshops to enhance their skills and achieve their goals.
Now in its sixth cycle, the program has already supported over 35 mentor-mentee pairs across diverse medical specialties in Israel.
